The stories, images, and audio provided by StoryHoot are generated by Artificial Intelligence. While we utilize robust safety filters and prompts designed to produce child-friendly content, AI can occasionally produce unexpected or inaccurate results. Parents and guardians are responsible for reviewing the generated content before sharing it with their children.
StoryHoot claims no responsibility for any psychological distress or unsuitability resulting from AI hallucinations.
You retain ownership of the original prompts and inputs you provide. By generating content on StoryHoot, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the generated text, audio, and images for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Content shared explicitly to the "Public Community" library grants StoryHoot a license to display that content to other users on the platform.
Premium features require an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and generally not provided for partially used billing periods.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoryHoot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
