Hoot-hoot! Hello there, little explorers! I'm Professor Hoot. Today, we are hopping into our Magic Bubble to visit the sky. Look over there! Thatโs my friend Puff. Usually, heโs a fluffy white cloud, but today he looks a bit different.
"Did You Know? Clouds are made of millions of tiny water droplets floating together!"
Scene: Professor Hoot, a wise brown owl with large glasses and a red bowtie, sitting in a shimmering soap bubble flying through a bright blue sky next to a small white cloud.

Oh my! Puff is turning a dark, grumpy grey. He is shaking and making a low 'rumble-rumble' sound. He is feeling very angry because the sun is shining a bit too bright for his nap. He feels like a big, scary thunderstorm is building up inside him!
"Did You Know? It is perfectly normal to feel angry sometimes, just like clouds sometimes turn grey."
Scene: A small, dark grey cloud with a grumpy face and tiny cartoon lightning bolts inside him. Professor Hoot is watching from his bubble with a concerned look.

Professor Hoot flies closer. 'Itโs okay to feel thunderous, Puff!' I tell him. When we get angry, our bodies might feel hot or tight, like a balloon about to pop. That is our inner weather changing. But we don't have to stay stormy forever!
"Did You Know? Recognizing that you are angry is the first step to feeling better!"
Scene: Professor Hoot pointing to his chest explaining feelings, while the grey cloud Puff looks like he is about to cry rain.

'Letโs try the Big Wind Sneeze!' I chirp. I show Puff how to take a deep breath in through his nose, filling his tummy like a balloon, and then blow it out slowly through his mouth. 'Whooooooosh!' go the deep breaths, pushing the dark smoke away.
"Did You Know? Taking deep breaths sends a 'calm down' message to your brain!"
Scene: Professor Hoot and the little cloud both taking a very deep breath, their cheeks puffed out wide and round.

Look at that! With every deep breath, Puff turns lighter and brighter. The thunder stops, and the rumbling goes away. Puff is a happy, white cloud again! He learned that he can blow his own storm away just by breathing. Great job, explorer!
"Did You Know? Just five deep breaths can help your heart feel much happier and slower."
Scene: A happy, white fluffy cloud smiling at the sun. Professor Hoot is high-fiving the cloud with his wing.
